Helping people wake up on time, feel great, and create mornings that align with their values and the person they aspire to be. Key contributions: ▪ Developing product concepts and prototypes for the Love Mornings app from initial vision discussions through user-tested prototypes to final UI/UX designs for implementation. ▪ Creating and maintaining all user-facing design assets, including app interfaces, website, marketing graphics, and newsletters. ▪ Conducting user testing and feedback loops to refine concepts and balance user needs with available resources and strategic priorities in a lean startup setting. ▪ Researching, designing, and testing alternative business models through workshops, including customer discovery, offer development, cold outreach, and iteration based on feedback. ▪ Writing multiple funding applications to support product development and growth initiatives, gaining experience in grant writing and project justification.

Supporting families with a home-based Neurofeedback therapy for children with Autism/ADHD.. Joined as a UX/UI designer and grew into a multi-hat role spanning product management, project leadership, and customer experience management. Due to the small team, I balanced execution with strategic decision-making, managing priorities across design, development, and operations within the constraints of the highly regulated MedTech field. Key contributions: ▪ Designed and tested user interfaces for the Brainhero therapy app for children and parents. ▪ Conducted usability tests and interviews. Translated insights into product improvements. ▪ Setting up the customer journey, managing and creating the necessary processes and interfaces between departments to enable sales. ▪ Managed projects from concept to delivery, including go-to-market planning and cross-functional coordination. ▪ Lead Design Thinking Workshops as Product Owner to create new app features, wrote requirements, aligned stakeholders, and oversaw delivery while keping in mind our technical and regulatory constraints. ▪ Built and led the Customer Experience Team to increase user satisfaction. ▪ Created technical documentation and process documents (SOPs) to improve internal workflows and ensure regulatory compliance (MDR, GDPR).
