I am currently working as an Inside Sales representative. Answering phone calls from customers to place their order, quote parts and availability and assist with technical assistance regarding electronic components. Make outbound proactive calls to check in on customers. I have also worked for a family owned Retirement Planning Company in the Client Services division. I was able to assist with the day to day operations assisting clients with their financial goals. I have over 25 years experience with customer service. Multi tasking is a must in any business. I have worked with clients to assist in scheduling appointments to helping update their beneficiaries with the financial custodian along with many other day to day operations in the company. My goal is to make the Client/Customer feel special and help them with anything I can.
