Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and synchronizing all systems, processes, and procedures related to initial training, ongoing training, recertification, and leadership development within the Chick-fil-A organization. • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains all employees based the organizational-wide vision of the Owner/Operator • Develops, executes, and evaluates training plans for Front and Back of House including training materials and scheduling • Identifies and Manages Leadership Team and Certified Trainer Team to ensure consistent quality of Operations • Executive Team Member, collaborates with Owner in business decisions regarding cost centers and casting organizational vision • Assists with scheduling to meet pre-determined labor goals set forth by the Owner • Responsible for training on and compliance with all food safety and labor laws • Responsible for all operational systems and procedures, continual assessment of these systems/procedures, and synchronization of these systems/procedures between the two stores. • Ensure that training plans for new product launches are in place and are executed
