Managed, coordinated, and supervised community outreach activities and outreach staff. Served as a liaison with primary care centers, hospital oncology, and other community based organizations statewide. Collaborated with community organizations in both the public and private sectors. Work collaboratively with the Associate Director to assess health and educational needs of the community and develop community outreach research projects (i.e. Train the Trainer model). Created, developed, and managed the Cancer Health Equity Department’s internship program. Developed community outreach goals, policy approaches, and program priorities.

Provided HIV testing and counseling services for patients at Jersey City Medical Center, mainly in the hospital's emergency room, and for the greater Hudson County community.

Provided peer health education, promotion, and prevention wellness programs and workshops for Rutgers' on-campus community.

Served as a resource and role model for 62 first-years, empowering students academically, socially, and personally. Planned and implemented both large and small scale programs. Promoted student development and resident bonding, fostering safe and inclusive communities and an environment conducive to learning. Served on committees such as Busch Cares. Enforced campus policies, maintaining safety and wellness. Assisted with interview process and selection of new resident/apartment assistants.
