Alpaca is a startup that helps both renters and landlords throughout the tedious journey of renting apartments. Alpaca owns the largest global network of housing rental groups on Facebook, and smartly matches renters with landlords within the groups through a chatbot. Once a match is made, Alpaca assists with the rest of the process, from scheduling viewings all the way to deposit transferrals, making the process as stress-free as possible for both sides. Think of Alpaca as the wedding planners for apartment rentals - as a renter or a landlord, you make all the decisions but save a lot of time not having to do the boring stuff. With Alpaca, the process of finding or renting out your apartment is never going to suck again.
