Founding team member at Marso Robotics, leading the design and industrialisation of a new generation of modular logistics robots, deployable in under 24 hours and requiring no fixed infrastructure. As CTO, I set the technology vision and lead the development of the robotic platform — electronics, mechanics, software, and AI — with a focus on speed, industrial-grade robustness, and scalability. Building on several years of leading next-generation drone programs at Parrot, I now leverage my expertise in R&D leadership, innovation management, and industrialisation to drive a deeptech project with strong operational impact and global potential.

Reporting directly to the CEO (Henri Seydoux), led the Engineering Department (130 engineers) to deliver on the roadmap for new product lines: - Managed budgets, resources, and program technical specifications. - Oversaw the full development cycle — from concept to industrialization. - Coordinated R&D, marketing, and sales to align technological innovations with market strategy. - Contributed to R&D tax credit (CIR) applications and provided technical validation for the finance department. - Actively participated in product launches, including technical presentations and live demonstrations. Key Programs - Parrot ANAFI Ai – First production drone with 4G connectivity, focused on mission automation (including photogrammetry), with dedicated controller and FreeFlight 7 application. - Parrot ANAFI UKR – Modular drone designed for government agencies and military forces.
