About
Nicolas Lestoille is contributing to develop the train-track interaction expertise at SNCF Reseau, using numerical simulation tools, which brings a high technical added value to the understanding of the train-rack interaction at SNCF. This work allows for developing new digital production tools and for improving efficiency in the train-track interaction studies. Nicolas improves his knowledge of the railway system, which he started developing in its previous position. At SYSTRA he contributed to and coordinated innovative projects for railway infrastructures, such as asset management optimization, track design, or traffic management projects. He was particularly involved in several SHIFT2RAIL projects. During his PhD, Nicolas developped the scientific skills he is using for its current position.
