Représentant du groupe Arsenal & Co en Europe, regroupant la Distillerie du Saint-Laurent et la Distillerie Arsenal, deux distilleries artisanales basées à Québec. La structure Distillerie du Saint-Laurent Europe a été créée afin de permettre le développement, l’importation et la distribution des produits du groupe sur les marchés européens. Les spiritueux sont produits à Québec et comprennent des gins, rhums, whiskys et liqueurs. L’objectif est de développer durablement la présence des marques du groupe en Europe, à travers une distribution structurée, des partenariats commerciaux et une mise en marché adaptée aux différents canaux. Un lieu de stockage en France permet de faciliter la logistique, les délais et les volumes de commande pour les partenaires. L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé, à consommer avec modération.

Business development France & Europe: Launch of Arsenal brand distribution in France and establishment of a network of wine merchants, bars, restaurants and distributors. BtoB prospecting and opening of new markets, with organization of tastings and participation in trade shows. Development of a launch strategy adapted to the French market, including sales support and prospect follow-up. Logistics & distribution: Coordination of import and distribution in Europe (bonded warehousing, order management, delivery tracking). Progressive implementation of logistics to support the brand's growth.

Distiller: Distillation of gin, whisky and neutral spirits, with mastery of production parameters to guarantee quality and consistency. Development of the full range of Distillerie Arsenal and Distillerie Saint-Laurent spirits. Collaboration with the team for preparation, bottling and final quality control. Cellar manager: Management and monitoring of over 700 barrels dedicated to aging (rotation, inventories, evaporation monitoring). Control of storage conditions to optimize spirit maturation. Contribute to barrel selection according to spirits.

Responsable des visites de la distillerie : - Organisation et conduite de visites guidées de 45 minutes, présentant la distillerie, son histoire et les secrets de fabrication des différents alcools. - Formation et encadrement des nouvelles recrues pour garantir des visites de qualité. - Développement de contenus pédagogiques pour enrichir l'expérience des visiteurs. Responsable du Chai : - Gestion des tonneaux utilisés pour le vieillissement des alcools, assurant ainsi leur qualité optimale. - Suivi des conditions de stockage pour un vieillissement parfait. - Collaboration avec l’équipe de production pour optimiser les processus de vieillissement et innover dans l’utilisation des fûts.
