Since June 2019, I’m part of Deloitte Belgium servicing financial services clients. It's an amazing job with an amazing team. My personal passion and expertise relate to business strategy, technology and business operation of financial services clients. I have had the privilege to support clients for more than 15 years on their projects in strategy, including digital transformation, business transformation enabled by new technologies as well as core banking and core insurance system renewal. I also appreciate the international dimension of my job, having worked in multiple European countries. Recently, I started to concentrate on business transformation enabled by Cloud and Next Gen Contact Center. I'd be very happy to discuss the future of financial services and of your company.
