Après trois années au sein de la direction d’exploitation du Grand Est, en charge et support des projets techniques sur le plan de suivi financier et programmation, membre des comités d’appel d’offres publics, en support des contrats techniques , j étais désireux de me rapprocher du terrain, d’être directement au pilotage des dossiers techniques, de porter la responsabilité de la conduite d’un dossier de maîtrise d’ouvrage jusqu’à la réception d’un patrimoine et sa mise en exploitation Conducteur d’Operation , le challenge est grand: 2023: Budget de 13 millions sur l année glissante * GE/GR: réaménagement, transfert de locaux, modification de réseau, renouvellement de Chaufferie * réhabilitation : 5 patrimoines 260 lots environ Désamiantage, démolition , ITE, amélioration du confort des résidents (structure, sol, Peinture, ameublement,… Cuisine, espaces de vie, sanitaire), sécurisation des locaux professionnels, travaux eko visant la maîtrise des énergies ,… Être le lien entre l’expression des besoins de l’exploitation, à l’écoute de la réalité terrain des résidents, assurer l’équilibre de l attente des équipes techniques gérant la Maintenance de ces bâtiments, tout en répondant au cahier des charges exprimé par la direction mère

En charge / support technique du secteur Est Rattaché au Sein de la DE Metz et département Patrimoine Cible : 9 700 logements , 120 bâtiments (résidence sociale, foyer, logement diffus,…) coordonne, appuie, L’ensemble des équipes techniques des quatre directions territoriales du Grand-Est: Plusieurs grands axes: * (GE/GR) validation des budget de création, modification, et entretien des approches techniques du patrimoine. Coordonne et assure le suivi de la direction nationale Traite dossiers spécifiques « conformité technique et incendie » Valide les dossiers en consultation marché Public (5 millions annuel) * Supervision contrats techniques :alimente les cahiers des charges pour les appels d’offres nationales, coordonne la réalisation des contrats nationaux sur région, gère la mise en route et le suivi sur le terrain : incendie , parc ascenseur, ensemble des équipements sécurité, VMC, porte barrière,… * diffuse, contrôle, et assure la politique de la direction en terme de sécurité : ensemble Des actions des bureaux de contrôle, les organismes de certification, jusqu’à la rédaction et la tenue du registre sécurité des résidences * Animation filière technique: appui sécurité, point objectif, supports, formation et sensibilisation auprès du personnel, … * gestion des dossiers CEE * gestion des fluides
