About

I didn’t start in a boardroom.I started on the phones - part-time, while finishing my BCom Law degree.Within a few months, I was building a QA function for a contact centre. Not just running it, but designing how performance should actually be measured. That became the foundation of everything that followed.Today, as CEO of Genii, I lead and build in a space focused on one thing:turning customer conversations into real, measurable outcomesMost organizations don’t have a data problem. They have an execution problem. They’re sitting on millions of interactions:sales calls service calls complaints collections conversations …but very few have a structured way to answer: Why are we not converting? What is driving repeat contact? Where are we leaking revenue? What is agent vs system failure? That’s where I’ve spent the last decade.Building and applying:QA frameworks that go beyond scorecards Root cause methodologies that expose what is actually driving outcomes Measurement models that separate agent, process, and systemic impact AI-driven approaches that scale this thinking across entire operations As a business, this has meant:Evolving from traditional QA into AI-driven interaction intelligence Positioning data as a commercial asset, not just reporting output Helping organizations move from insight → action → measurable impact Alongside this, I’ve led across the full business stack - from product and development through to professional services and managed delivery - with a strong focus on commercial performance, profitability, and cost discipline. My focus has never been reporting. It’s been making data usable and actionable - in real environments. I’ve worked across BPO and enterprise environments to:Move from manual QA → AI-driven evaluation at scale Turn insights into operational action (not just dashboards) Embed intelligence into real workflows, coaching, and decision-making I’ve been fortunate to: Build and scale high-performing teams Work across multiple industries and geographies Be part of COPC-aligned environments and award-winning initiatives But more than anything, I’ve stayed close to the work. Because strategy without execution is just theory. If you're exploring how to operationalize AI, QA, or deep root cause intelligence in CX or sales environments - always open to a conversation.
