* Advising and assisting Council officers, Schools and Academies with complex and high value construction and other contracts, EU and other procurement, and contractual disputes. * Advising and assisting Council officers in respect of leases, licences and property related disputes. * Dealing with contractor/supplier insolvencies.

5+ years PQE. Specialising in construction projects and development matters for public and private sector organisations and individuals. Advising: property owners, social housing providers, developers, organisations funding construction projects, design consultants and construction contractors, public sector organisations (including construction related procurement and framework agreements).
