Curating Luxury | Elevating Brand Success With a passion for precision and an eye for timeless craftsmanship, I play a key role in shaping the presence of luxury watch and pen brands in South Africa. As a Buying & Merchandise Assistant, I work closely with our General Manager, the Head Buyer, ensuring that we curate the finest selection of timepieces and writing instruments. We are the perfect team, handpicking styles that seamlessly fit into the South African market while staying ahead of global trends. I also collaborate with brand managers nationwide, ensuring that our collections meet both local demand and international luxury standards. Beyond the products, we are responsible for the representation of these brands in SA, managing everything from catalogues and website experience to e-commerce platforms and digital storytelling. Every touchpoint, from imagery to messaging, is crafted to resonate with our audience and elevate brand perception. My role extends to monitoring sales and analytics, tracking brand success, and keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. We continuously refine our strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. In addition to my main role, I, as an Aftersales Service Manager, handle all the administration, assessments and communication for every repair, spare part request, and customer complaint across South Africa and Namibia for each of our brands. I ensure that the prestige of our brands is upheld through exceptional service, guaranteeing that customers experience luxury at every stage—before, during, and after purchase. My role demands precision, efficiency, and deep product knowledge, ensuring that each client interaction reinforces trust in the brands we represent. Luxury isn’t just about products—it’s about the experience. My mission is to shape that experience, ensuring that every watch and pen tells a story of excellence, heritage, and innovation.
