I joined ACL as HR Business Partner, responsible for the North of England. Following a merger with Cambian Group I am now HR lead on an exciting project, integrating ACL and Cambian Group payrolls and HR functions onto MidlandHR's iTrent system. Having previously combined and migrated ACL's legacy companies onto one integrated HR/Payroll system (iTrent) my role is currently HR Project Lead/Systems Administrator to integrate Cambian group payrolls onto iTrent. This involves migrating numerous payrolls, introducing new functionality, creating workflows and processes, e-recruitment, system configuration, security profiles, Structure Builder, Business Objects reporting, employee Self Service, and People Manager
