I've got almoust 15 years of professional experience in overall management of plant's production area in different manufacturing fields. As Production and Plant Manager at mediun size national and international (3 years) companies, I gained strong experience and expertise in organization improvement, production scheduling, people management and severe restructure manufacturing projects. I believe and I'm enterprising in teamwork; I commit to motivate my staff and involve them in team building. Reliable and accountable; deeply focus-oriented and good feeling to comply fixed deadlines. Able to take decisions and to keep effective my work even under pressure. Curious, open-minded and always aimed at continuous learning to grow up my professional proficiency. Willing to introduce Lean Manufacturing methods (5S, kanban, SMED, TPM) and to manage cost reduction projects (set-up times, scraps). I currently work as Production Manager in a company which produce world-class equipments for printing on containers for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
