A TA leader who’s spent the last few years building, growing & leading international teams across startups and scale-ups. I’m passionate about leadership and creating environments where people can do their best work and actually feel good doing it. I believe in building processes that really help rather than getting in the way (we all know the the ones I’m talking about that look great on paper but just cause chaos in practice & make a lot of people unhappy 🙃). Simplicity, clarity and flexibility matter! I personally care a lot about candidate experience, all hiring should have a human touch. As much as I love AI, every interaction is a chance to leave someone feeling seen, respected and informed, whether they join the team or not(!)
