Worked as a PM within the Transmission, Build and Acquisition team on two UK wide projects for a major network operator within telecoms. Utilising my skills across various teams and departments internally, in addition to working with a complex set-up of multiple customers and suppliers to ensure that the projects were delivered within scope, cost, quality and timescales.

Responsible for the technical coordination of the microwave transmission program for Orange. Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers and customers for all planned works with the project scope.

Managed and validated project documentation, tracked equipment as per the project scope. Ensuring all information was communicated effectively and correctly for all outstanding and completed works to internal departments, customers and colleagues.

Responsible for operational coordination of new build window installations. Liaising with management, internal departments, external suppliers and customers for all planned works before the final handover to the construction company.

Responsible for locating, securing and maintaining labour for the Construction & M&E divisions. Ensuring the correct worker was paired with the current required role, and retaining the correct information for future work.

Managed and processed purchase orders for materials and non-stock items for internal departments and external customers. Jointly working with the accounts department on price changes. I also worked within the customer service department, dealing with returns and complaints.
