Starting off in the industry as a chef I have over 27 years experience in the trade and have worked in all areas of the business. I am a dynamic target driven individual with an ever growing passion for the industry and aswell as managing a busy pub, I also double as the area trainer for Belhaven delivering customer service training to staff and management teams. My aspirations for the future would be to move into an area management or training/development role. I hold a proven track record for growing sales whilst controlling the bottom line and bringing in profit growth. I have successfully trained staff at all levels and have progressed 2 staff members through to management.
