Putting myself to the test gives me a strong charge to learn and adapt to face new professional challenges. My curiosity drives me to jump in new fields to gather different perspectives and broaden my horizons. I am currently working in Baker Hughes as Buyer for the investment casting commodity. Working in a cross functional role, convinced me that nowadays technical knowledge should be combined with business and managerial capabilities to acquire an innovative mindset and to make a long-lasting impact. Managed the Farm-Out (FO - outsourcing) Procurement of all Talamona's plant production lines: ● Annual purchased volume managed ~15 M€ ● 40+ supplier managed ● FO purchasing managed for all 10 Talamona's process lines ● Capabilities covered: conventional machining, EDM, deburring, polishing, shot peening, coating and testing ● Led preparation and execution of the Talamona plant FO commodity strategy MAIN PROJECTS ● LT16 CoAx M2B qualification. Led pre qualification activities - scope of supply definition, requirements gathering, offer analysis, negotiation, technical alignments, team structuring, obtaining budget for CapEx and Opex, asset capitalization, purchasing cycle activities, BOM update and strategy alignments. Saving of 320 kEUR/y, 28 PNs impacted. ● FR5D CoAx M2B qualification. Led pre qualification activities. Saving of 200 kEUR/y, 68 PN impacted.
