• Manages services, materials and supplies sourcing and purchases within budget guidelines. • Analyzes existing procurement / purchasing processes for performance. • Implements improvements to existing procurement / purchasing processes and delivery systems. • Identifies ideal suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability and understands the contractual responsibilities related to agreements with key indirect suppliers and manage compliance. • Supports global procurement / purchasing initiatives, including savings and business improvement goals. • Maintains relationships with vendors/suppliers to ensure responsive service and timely resolution of all issues. • Ensures the procurement / purchasing activities and initiatives necessary to the timely delivery of the specified materials and services at competitive pricing has been executed. • Coordinates the maintenance of the overall procurement / purchasing management system for identification, tracking, and control of assets to support audit requirements. • Contributes to the creation of spend forecasts and then monitors these against the actual spend. • Makes tactical recommendations and/or decisions for various sourcing activities. • Responds to inquiries from internal stakeholders by providing information, direction, and or appropriate referrals. • Ensures full compliance with procurement / purchasing rules and regulations. • Tracks and reports key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. • Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.

• Lead and coordinate by Customs and Tax authorities’ audits. • Establish and maintain route guides for all delivery locations. • Anticipate need for delivery service in new locations and make appropriate plans. • Investigation and resolution off all logistics driven issues to internal and external customers. • Facilitate insurance claims internally with Tax & Treasury team. • KPI Evaluation and review. Warehouse Support • Support Warehouse Manager with all 3PL relationships and company owned warehouse as • needed. • Inventory Accuracy. • Order fulfilment. • SAP functionality. • Customer Service & Sales Support • Create an appropriate environment of offering a high level of service to internal and external • customers. • Coach, mentor, train and develop Transport team. Procurement & Demand Planning • Develop Demand Forecast • Review historical trend for Demand Forecast. • Collaboration with Sales team and business development managers for the ESAC Region • Ensure demand forecast is accurate for submission. • Place necessary orders for material replenishment for both non inventory and inventory items as well as facilitating all local procurement requirements (Purchase order creation and invoice submission to finance ) • Facilitate all new vendor requests • Ensure vendor Management of all vendors within the ESAC region • Facilitate and assist credit applications for all new vendors within the ESAC region • Escalate risk management when demand exceeds supply • Ensure that inventory levels do not exceed current demand. • Ensure Inventory accuracy • Point of contact for accounts on supplier invoice queries • Review suppliers and do vendor assessments • Manage BEE Spend and contract portfolio
