As my current position as Global Procurement Manager for Plastic Feedstock at Unilever, I manage sourcing operations across Southeast Asia. My expertise lies in Resin and PCR sourcing, supplier partnership management, and sustainable procurement strategies. Prior to Unilever, I spent over a decade at Dynapack Asia, building strong market knowledge and leading resin sourcing across the region. I’m passionate about leveraging procurement to deliver both business value and sustainable packaging impact.

Responsible for Resin Sourcing & Development of Dynapack Group. Manage Dynapack Group Spending & Saving on Resin. Manage Supplier Evaluation & Selection, perform SRM with all strategic suppliers.

Key Roles : 1. Responsible for leading & coordinating projects regarding direct materials under the Sourcing Group. 2. Explore any possibilities of new materials to give improvement & competitive advantages for the group. 3. Coordinate projects between External, Internal Customer & Suppliers. Achievements : 1. Generated saving ~800K SGD by developed alternative in 2018 2. Started Sustainability Project across the group. 3. Reduced 5 non strategic vendors in 2018.

Develop Balance Scorecard and KPIs for all companies in the group by focus on the Consumer Packaging business segment. Key Roles :  1. Developed the new measurements for each companies and Create the system to record the performance in monthly basis then analyse the issue in every companies regarding to the performance.   2. Conduct the Strategy review meeting in monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.   3. Support the Top Executive with performance analysis and do analysis for an ongoing project and help to execute the project. Achievements : 1. Successfully organize 3 Annual Strategic Review Meeting for Top Executive 2. Created templates for 2 years used for tracking KPIs across business unit. 3. Developed a bonus scheme 2014 system for HR Director.

Assigned to Lead in Production Planning and Inventory Control Department. Key Role : 1. Manage MRP for Material in weekly and monthly basis. 2. Control & Reduce stock level in warehouse to proper level. 3. Coordinate production planning with planner in order to have smooth production process and controlled stock level. Achievement : 1. Removed External Rental Warehouse within 1 year. 2. Inventory Days reduced by 20% within 1 year 3. Stock Accuracy achieved 90% in Average

Lecturer Assistant for Cost Accounting. The task covers to create problems for specified topics at the beginning of semester, create the Mid Term Test and Final Test problem. Teach every week to help classes of 40 students to understand the topics.

Prepare topics in weekly timeline for lower semester students. Teach and discuss with other students about finance topic. Examine the exercise every week.
