Nic Norris

Founder of ReCircle Tech, an IT asset disposition company based in Germany and the UK. I come from a third-generation background in the industry, and am focused on building a modern, hands-on approach to ITAD. We help companies securely manage end-of-life IT equipment, from data erasure and decommissioning to reuse, resale, and compliant recycling.A big part of what I care about is making the process actually work for clients: clear reporting, no surprises, and real value recovery where possible. Much of what we do involves coordinating across different countries, partners, and ways of working, it's something I’ve learned a lot from and continue to refine. Always open to connecting with people in IT, data centers, and others thinking more seriously about how they handle their IT assets.
