About

I am a team leader of Antibody–Drug Conjugate (ADC) Development at AbTis, a Dong-A ST–affiliated biotech company, where I lead R&D strategy, platform innovation, and external partnerships to advance next-generation ADC therapeutics. My work spans bispecific ADCs, dual-payload systems, site-specific conjugation (AbClick®), linker–payload engineering, in-vitro/in-vivo PoC, and preclinical IND-enabling development. With a multidisciplinary background across protein chemistry, stem-cell–based disease modeling, and oncology, I currently oversee portfolio-scale ADC design, collaborative programs with global CRO/CDMOs, and strategic technology integration for clinical translation. I also drive cross-functional initiatives including manufacturing feasibility, PK/Tox interpretation, organoid-based efficacy modeling, and global licensing preparation. My long-term mission is to build novel ADC that accelerate drug discovery and democratize biologics development - transforming innovative payload chemistry and conjugation science into real therapeutic impact for patients.
