As an independent consultant in the biotechnology, I work closely with companies, investors, founders and start-ups to create successful companies and plan for growth and financial success. Providing support in the field of partnerships, strategy, in- and out-licensing, business plans, market and business strategy, fund raising, partnering and licensing deals, IP strategy and spin-off building. Also experience in IP and with a legal background.

In 2016 I co-founded this early stage proof of concept fund in the biotechology driven by the funding gap for early biotech inventions. Since then I have been active as fund manager, actively sourcing and evaluating leads, closing deals and portfolio management.

Served on the Supervisory Board from the first preseed investment until we successfully raised a Series A round of EUR 20 million.

Activities included providing advice to the management on public- and late stage private investments in the life sciences and the execution of investment deals, amongst which Medis Medical Imaging and Miach Orthopaedics.

Responsible for all business development efforts within the company, amongst which partnership deals, license deals, supplier deals, fund raising, strategy and IP portfolio management.
