In collaboration with the EDEN project, a newly created graduate scheme focused on improving all aspects of the dairy supply chain. Predominantly technical and engineering focused, other modules such as CI, NPD and EHS were included. I was required to build expertise by managing departments independently, facilitating trials and conducting projects. I was also selected to attend a six month international secondment and join both the Danish Lean role out team and Lurpak Lighter commissioning unit. Key Achievements - Delivered research project that optimised fresh milk processing resulting in an annual saving of £225k for Arla Foods Lockerbie - Improved HSE and quality standards by installing an inline cream sampler generating annual savings of £15k for Arla Foods Lockerbie - Achieved the highest category rating in the appraisal structure in 2010 and 2011 - First EDEN graduate to be appointed into a role within the company with 6 months of the EDEN project still remaining

Part of the Operational Lean Practice team, required to travel across the UK to manage improvement projects with the goal of improving the customer journey and reducing costs throughout various functions. Coach staff in lean principles, project management and strategy deployment to deliver a sustainable culture. Engage with senior stakeholders to gain sign off on business cases and provide updates to project progress. Key Achievements - Member of RBS’s 1st end to end project team, managing the online and branch streams for the personal loans product which delivered savings of £18m - Managed the business quick deposit project whereby I relocated operations from the UK to India impacting 103k customers, reducing lead time by 3 days and minimising UK FTE's.
