I am a Project and Technical Production Manager with over a decade of experience in live performance, large-scale events, and international productions. My background combines technical production expertise with leadership in operations, logistics, and stakeholder management, allowing me to deliver projects from concept through to completion with precision and creativity. Across my career, I have managed theatres, touring productions, cultural events, and global sporting ceremonies. My responsibilities have included overseeing full technical and production operations, leading supplier and vendor relationships, managing budgets and schedules, and directing teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. I bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to fast-paced environments, and I enjoy enabling creative teams by ensuring the technical and operational foundations are robust. I have also led venue operations, asset and facilities management, and implemented long-term sustainability and maintenance programs.
