Nick Redpath is co-founder of Redpath Partners and brings a wealth of experience, having solely worked in Property and Construction Recruitment since graduating. He quickly progressed to executive recruitment in the construction sector with Melville Craig, who at that time were the largest and most successful recruitment consultancy in Scotland. Following a move to London he joined Judd Farris, a Property and Construction specialist recruitment firm in 2002. During his eight year tenure he rapidly became a Director with a remit that included managing multiple teams and offices. His position prior to forming Redpath Partners was Joint Managing Director of Judd Farris Australasia. During this period the operation grew to over 100 staff and collected numerous accolades including The Best International Recruitment Firm; Best Medium Sized Specialist Recruiter and was the fastest growing new recruitment firm in Australia from ’06 to‘08.
