Leverage a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire diverse top-of-class talent. Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of roles.. Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for talent. Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class candidate and client experience. Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer. Collaborate with hiring teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads and placement of talent.

Assists management team to implement sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble diverse pipeline of talent for open positions Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with organization's hiring and program objectives Performs full life cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods Guides hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance within external and internal regulatory agencies May participate in recruitment/networking events in support of military, diversity and niche expertise Serves as team member on staffing projects and initiatives impacting enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies Participates in process efficiency and process improvement for Talent Acquisition Acquires and applies maturing knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedure Provides solutions and identifies appropriate issues for escalation Follows through on all submitted candidates in a timely manner and ensures that the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) is kept up to date in real time and ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Regulatory requirements Keeps candidates continually informed with high-touch communication throughout the entire hiring process May negotiate salary per job requisition within approved range maintaining a fiduciary responsibility to the company

•Maintain project portfolio including capturing new demand, working with manager on IT estimation and preparing meeting presentation material regarding portfolio •Research open source demand management tools as well as the current version of HP PPM to determine areas of opportunity in process automation enablement •Administer HP PPM tool to meet the needs of the IT PMO •Coordinate other ancillary tasks provided by hiring manager related to portfolio management
