Piloted a twin turbine engine aircraft valued over $21 million and commanded a four person aircrew during combat flight missions. Identified and mitigated operational risks resulting in zero flight violations or accidents over a career of 850 flight hours.

Directed logistic and maintenance requirements for 15 helicopters and associated equipment valued at over $300 million. Led and trained 20 highly specialized aviation personnel in medical evacuation flight operations.

● Supervised logistic operations for a 600 person organization with 35 aircraft and 50 vehicles. Responsible for equipment resupply, accountability, contracting, budgeting, movements and distribution. ● Selected above peers to fulfill duties as the unit’s interim Executive Officer, responsible for synchronizing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the organization’s human resources, intelligence, maintenance, and communication divisions.

● Managed a 20 person team, designed to conduct EMS operations with four aircrews and flight operations personnel. Responsible for the execution of a flight standardization and evaluation program for assigned flight crews. ● Responsible for leading and training team members in EMS operations. During a team evaluation, received highest performance grades of an Army Medical Evacuation platoon in the previous 24 evaluations across the U.S. Army.
