I’m responsible for driving the strategic product roadmap with a focus on innovation, automation, and customer-centric solutions. Review curriculum and problem sets for various modules in technical disciplines (big data, machine learning, data visualization).

Led a cross-functional team for all Financing Solutions products, including Agency Lending, Enhanced Custody/Prime Brokerage, and Secured Financing/Repo. Oversaw Algorithmic Trading, Product Engineering, Platform Solutions, and Performance Analytics (Financial Planning and Analysis). Managed a SaaS Treasury platform (Venturi) with accountability for the product. Member of the Global Management Team (reported to the head of Financing Solutions) which was responsible for a revenue budget exceeding $1 billion. Shaped the global technology roadmap, managed a multi-million-dollar budget, and served as the primary business liaison for strategic tech discussions, vendor management, and platform management. Additionally, cultivated strategic FinTech relationships including sourcing minority investments and holding board seats to drive accountability. Drove Tokenization and Digital Asset initiatives within Global Markets as an executive sponsor.

As a member of the global management team for Prime Finance Services and a senior leader of the global trading team, played a crucial role in creating and leading the Digital Agency Lending (DAL) product by defining its strategy, roadmap, and operating structure. Oversaw all functions for DAL, including trading, pricing, inventory management (digital assets/fiat), bilateral borrow/lend, reinvestment strategies, and collaboration with Coinbase Risk Solutions. Partnered with Sales to target client segments, manage the pipeline, and oversee onboarding/activation. Designed and implemented an enhanced trading/data platform, developing algorithmic pricing for crypto-assets, inventory prediction, and automated reporting tools. Cultivated FinTech relationships to enhance distribution channels, data acquisition, and operational workflows, while proposing partnerships and investment opportunities. Led numerous special projects, ranging from tactical opportunities to strategic technical builds and new business ventures.
