Assist in several IPO projects (both Chinese and HK markets, as companies' PR.C. counsel); conduct research, due diligence, phone-call consulting; attend meetings, interviews and compile notes; assist in red chip and VIE structure establishment and demolition; draft, revise and proofread transaction files; and work on-site and communicated with clients, sponsors, auditors and evaluators in on-site due diligence.

Assist in the bilingual corporate and cultural development meetings as an interpreter; help translate files for internal use as well as for publicity purposes.

The course is jointly designed by Peking University Law School and Jones Day. It is instructed by partners and senior associates from Jones Day. I passed the course and got the certificate by among others, active participation and successful completion of two take-home exams.

The serial workshops were held jointly by HKU and PILNet, and I was privileged to be a participant for my experience and interests in advocating for LGBTQI+ rights in China. Multiple workshops as well as keynote speeches were given and along with other participants, I had the precious opportunity to embrace the culture and teaching mode of Hong Kong S.A.R. The spirit has lingered on after the workshop.
