As Director and Editor of the bi-monthy magazine ROLLSIGN, I publish compelling print and digital content that informs the public on MBTA current events, operations, and history. ROLLSIGN is the official publication of The Boston Street Railway Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to preserving and promoting the history of public transportation in greater Boston and New England.

As an intern on the MBTA's Learning & Development team, I facilitate customer service and violence-prevention training for MBTA employees, and developed and delivered ILT modules for MBTA new hires. I recorded training data and analyzed the team's performance using PeopleSoft and Excel.

In my role as an Instructional Designer at MassDOT University, I design, develop, and deliver learning content for stakeholders across MassDOT and the MBTA. Currently, I am helping my team implement an enterprise-wide learning management system that will increase training engagement in all MassDOT districts and MBTA areas.

I facilitated a variety of training programs to MassDOT and MBTA staff in a manner that drives dialogue and presents participants with actionable outcome, administered Commonwealth’s online learning management system (PACE) to meet the training needs of MassDOT’s entire workforce and to ensure accurate data entry and record retention. I analyzed and reported training compliance and performance metrics in a clear and concise manner to leadership using various legacy systems and advanced Excel functions Additionally, I leveraged technology to design and develop accessible and highly available training programs and implemented, managed, and tracked enterprise-wide eLearnings on digital security, safety, and awareness.
