Integrate different navigation systems, design electronic and electrical cable drawings and produce cable schedules for navigation equipments such as radars, chart plotter, GPS, autopilot, gyrocompass, radio communication system (GMDSS) , PA and talkback system, voyage recorder system, VSAT, onboard broadband, ship’s lightings, CCTV monitoring system, ship water desalination system and antenna mounting layout. Provide technical supports to our clients, sales manager and field engineers. Produce marketing drawing package for project tender and quoting purposes. More than 10 projects won which include local and oversea projects (Austal ship, Strategic Marine and etc.).

* Manufacture various type of SMT PCB board, from PCB design, manufacture and testing process. Market sector includes controller board for household electronics products to vehicle electronics accessories. * Design and develop new PCB boards include hardware, electrical and software design to meet customer requirements. * Develop new test equipment and test procedures. * Easy PC Electronics CAD from NumberOne CAD software is used for PCB design. * Test and troubleshoot PCB board (SMT/conventional) failures down to the component level.

* Part of product testing department. * Troubleshoot machine failures and replace faulty parts. * Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensured process optimization. * Revise and implement new methods and processes to reduce manufacturing defects to zero and to maximize efficiency and improve quality. * Perform preventive maintenance and maximise total machine utilization by reducing machine down times. * Experienced in Summit ATC & PTC automated handler machines (CNC machines), Advantest T2000 tester and Schlumberger S9000 & Teradyne ST testers, SUN microsystem.

* Design CCTV and security system for Australia government project, mining/resources project, education centre, health, industrial and facilities management. * Provide CCTV and security solutions for different requirements, such as video over IP, Ethernet, fiber optic technology, video motion detection, bi-directional high-level interfaces, cell call intercom systems, access control systems, remote security and etc. * Excellent AutoCAD skills for design layout, instrumentation and implementation. * Manage various projects for Rio Tinto and BHP security system upgrade. * Conduct on site Factory Acceptance Test and compile test reports. * Experience with Cardax alarm system and Honeywell video system.

Excellent result in Digital Systems Design. Modules taken: Control and Robotic, Communication and Optoelectronic, Engineering Management and Digital Systems Design. Activities and Societies: My project is Leakage and Clogging Faults Detection in Three Tank System (SCADA). It is a closed loop control system to detect leakage and clogging faults in the three tank system and provide the status and faults in the system. The control system is applies to monitor critical tank system in chemical industry. Virtual simulation is done by using MATLAB and Simulink. Practical results showed highly compatible and accurate to the simulation.
