• Spearhead the R&D Innovation lab at Hy-Tek Intralogistics, developing and testing with cutting-edge robotic technologies such as: goods-to-person, batch-order fulfillment, sortation, AMR/AGV, robotic induction and computer vision systems. • Lead tours for customers and potential clients. • Worked on the research and development team at Makino U.S., enhancing my expertise in the manufacturing sector. • Developed web-based application pages for a next gen application suite utilizing Angular for front end and C# ASP.NET MVC back end. PostgresSQL database utilizing entity framework for migrations. Used figma to create early page design, custom svgs, process workflows, and data flow diagrams. • My team practiced scrum and agile development to achieve efficient, tested, and working software on time. • Implemented translations for a global application in eight different languages, ensuring accessibility for diverse users. • Used MQTT to gather vibration data from milling machine spindles for predictive maintenance with R, helping prevent the most expensive cost, crashing a spindle on a CNC machine. •Helped create a web based file transfer application to remotely push and pull g code and .nc files from a Makino Machine. •Utilized Fanuc arm data for predictive maintenance, state, performance based web views/dashboards.

• I implement software projects for integrated systems or sub-systems for customers like Lowes, Home Depot, Dollar Tree, and Target distribution centers. Oversight of material routing conveyors, commission of databases and controller servers. • One of my team's 'Top Performers' in taking leadership and initiative to train the project teams overseas and within the U.S. on the deployment and configuration process of my company's new WCS software suite, MC4. • I specialize in site-specific calibration of material routing sorters and merges to boost accuracy, reduce errors, and obtain productivity targets.

Projects: ------------------------------------ Asset Program ------------------------------------ *Built a relational and scalable Asset Database in SQL server in order to create a virtual container for records-keeping on over 400+ Handheld Radios, 250+ Handheld Scanners, and 75+ Wireless Printers. Each Asset is used/needed on each shift. *Built Check-In/Check-Out web-pages for each Asset type in ASP.NET C# at our facility to create accountability and to get away from a legacy paper sign-out. The system was set up by modifying a magnetic strip card reader to pull employee login info from a 3rd-Party badge and an RFID fixed reader pad. *Built maintenance and damage tracking web-pages. *Assets are encoded on passive RFID labels to enable a quick in and out process in 2-4 seconds. ------------------------------------ Checklist Management Program ------------------------------------ *Built relational and scalable database in SQL server. *Created out of a need to track productivity and activities of middle management by senior management. *Mobile-Friendly *Allows for senior management to create and assign items to checklist as well as assign users to a checklist.
