Heavily involved in UK office set up, recruitment and development of staff, sales and marketing strategy, key account management and product development.  Grew UK business so that within two years Netcrawling UK held the number one position in a very crowded online marketing sector with 96% market share.  Enabled UK business to be the group’s highest revenue generating office.

 Exhibition Manager of Subcon, UK’s only national subcontracting, advanced manufacturing and technology exhibition held bi-annually at the Birmingham NEC.  Overall sales responsibility for the 1998 exhibition which achieved 98% of the 7,000 square meter floor/stand space sold. Heavily involved in the shaping of the campaign to drive visitors which achieved 5,000+ visitors.

U.S. publisher of consumer technology magazine titles :  Sales Manager of PC Direct, managing and developing many of its highest revenue clients.
