• Analyzed, administered, and processed all lease data and charges for 900+ tenants across 13 SPG properties, including preparation of all invoices for common area maintenance (CAM), real estate tax, and percentage rent • Resolved landlord/tenant disputes by researching billings, analyzing leases, and communicating with tenants • Reviewed and approved lease and percentage rent abstracts required for SOX compliance • Assisted accounting, finance, leasing, and legal departments with reports and special projects
