Cubera is a private equity firm established in 2006 with €5.5b AuM. I worked out of the Olso office and was involved across the platform, both servicing existing investors and raising capital for Cubera's Nordic secondary fund and fund of fund strategies.

Asante is a leading private equity placement and advisory group. I established and lead their Deal-by-Deal Fundraising vertical which focused on European Independent Sponsors - we advised on c.$1.2Bn of deals across 25 bespoke transactions.

Lordship is an emerging market real estate investor, controlling in excess of USD 1 billion of projects worldwide. As Head of IR I was focused on building and managing the LP base, who invested alongside Lordship’s in a variety of real estate development projects.

Minerva Capital Advisors was formed in April 2009 with a group of ex-Allco colleagues. Minerva had it’s own balance sheet capital to deploy and we typically “clubbed” with other family offices when investing - raising capital alongside our own equity. Primary responsibilities included transaction due diligence; deal execution; and capital raising.

Involved in the structuring, placing and closing of c.$2b of structured leasing transactions for a range of blue-chip shipping and offshore companies, utilising the tax capacity of the UK banks. Primary focus was on the origination and execution of sale and lease back structures for vessels and offshore plant and machinery.

Bell Gully is New Zealand's largest law firm and where I started my career. I was employed in the Capital Markets and Corporate Departments and was exposed to a wide range of work, including large projects and industry specific work, particularly in the securities and gas & electricity areas.
