Managed the process of hand off from Corporate Engineering to Manufacturing from the Plant Side. Conducted Capacity studies to be sure we could match volumes and processes at the plant. Worked with Manufacturing and Engineering to coordinate Tooling samples, setup work cells, and start to manufacture product on a tight deadline. Made sure equipment and packaging was on schedule to meet customer needs. Approved designs/concepts of tooling, paint racks, and secondary equipment.

M.E. in the Paint Department. Programming ABB Robots using RobotStudio and RobView 5 on conveyor driven Paint Booths (Paint, Primer, CO2 Clean, and Flame Treat Robots). Setting up Fluid Delivery Systems for 2K Solvent and Water Base Paints. Working with Paint Suppliers and Quality Team to achieve customer's color/gloss demands. Developing & implementing laser-cut Paint Racks custom to each painted part. Working with Maintenance Team to develop proper Preventative Maintenance to Paint Booth and Paint Equipment.

M.E. in the Molding Department. Processing Injection Molding Machines, programming Wittmann Robots. Design and implementation of 'End of Arm Tooling'. Kaizen activities to improve cycle times. Managing and assisting in Tooling Design Changes.

Working as an M.E. in the assembly department. Setting up work cells, programming sensors, vision systems, & plc's. Kaizen activities for continuous improvement to make processes more efficient. Launch activities, managing the takeover from Corporate Engineering to setup manufacturing in a Plant Facility. Development and design of secondary tooling and packaging.
