Provides the vision and goals of the department and ensures that they are achieved. Supervises ESD staff, giving direct supervision and instruction to assure the hospital and other assigned Norton Healthcare buildings are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary fashion. Ensures all staff expectations and standards are met.

Hire and oversee training staff, service staff, and server schedule. Lead the server operation including, personnel, performance standards and complete customer satisfaction effort. Maintain close out procedures, including receipt reconciliation, reporting sales and deposit receipts. Continually called upon by Sr. Management for special projects that include VIP caterings, assuring site readiness for corporate inspections and working with contractors on building renovations.

Assisted General Managers with the onboarding and training of the new hires. Attended to any customer needs including comments and complaints about service and food quality. Maintain close out procedures, including receipt reconciliation, reporting sales and deposit receipts.
