• Assist sales staff in obtaining and assembling accurate information from multiple sources to produce a quote. • Gather information from sales staff including quote, drawings and project worksheets to accurately process orders. • Coordinate and verify reservation of manufacturing time, order placement, and product receipt according to project schedule.

• Established and maintained carrier and customer relationships. • Negotiated rates/last mile delivery monitoring. • Tracked and traced each shipment from pickup location to destination, communicating updates to our customers throughout the entire process.

• Utilized Oracle and SAP operating systems to prepare export documents. • Managed U.S. export compliance for Asia, Canada, and Indonesia. • Meticulous record retention, auditing, and AES filings of U.S. exports with the U.S. customs and border protection agency. • Created compliant certificates for China and Indonesia to ensure there is no delay in the shipping process.

• Ensured all proper export documentation was received by shipper/destination agent. • Provided quotes/pricing for door-to-door and door-to-port shipments going to Australia, Brazil, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. • Created all export documents for the airline and receiving agent overseas using CargoWise One Software to ensure freight could be shipped with no delays. • Scheduled international flights on cargo/passenger planes for freight being exported. • Communicated to shipper/receiving agent step-by- step updates as to where the shipment is located during the transit process. • Assisted operation management with scheduling domestic LTL and FTL pickups/FedEx pickups to deliver to our warehouse or airline. • Sent Pre Alerts to receiving agents/Drop Instructions to the warehouse so freight was received on schedule by airline.

•Provide process analysis and patient perspective analysis to the Director of Organization Effectiveness. •Create flowcharts for further process breakdown and analysis. •Received one on one coaching session for understanding basic concepts and overview of Lean Six Sigma. •Attend seminars and meetings related to safety, loss prevention and quality management.

•Reviewed applications from prospective job seekers and filtered qualified applicants to appropriate hiring managers for 800+ applicants. •Assisted in recruiting efforts at three local career fairs; interacted with prospects and discussed available opportunities and application process. •Contacted references of prospective applicants for HR manager and nurse recruiter. •Processed background checks/clearances. •Participated in three interviews with internal prospects to fill HR and volunteer positions and provide feedback on candidates through using hiring matrix guidelines.
