As Director, being responsible for collaborating with the General Manager to ensure the effective management and leadership of the White Mountain Gold Mine. Together, the Director and General Manager will maintain a safe and profitable business unit, maintain positive relationships with government and regulatory officials, joint venture partners and community groups to ensure harmonious and mutually beneficial outcomes and build a culture of continuous improvement. Furthermore, also contribute to China-wide issues by providing support to the General Manager, China Operations and Managing Director, China in evaluations, financial review, strategic planning and commercial negotiations.

GM for effective management and leadership of the underground mine operation that safely treats 700,000tpa to produce 80,000ozs per annum. Maintain a safe and profitable business unit; obtain max value form existing and new projects on Exploration Leases; maintain positive relationships wiht government and community to ensure harmonious and mutually beneficial outcomes; and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Acting GM to look after the underground mine operation that treats 700,000tpa to produce 80,000ozs per annum. Remain and improve a stable and good relation with government and community to ensure uninterrupted operation; continue increasing underground mining, throughput, recovery rates and cost saving. CI cultures established.
