Integrating my skillset at Dalsin with modern tools and technology to schedule, plan and deliver world class metal products.

This sales role is for roofing, gutters and siding replacement due to the severity of hail and wind storms over the last calendar year. I coordinate and attend inspections, insurance adjustments, construction and homeowner requests.

-Welded the framework and subsystems for TryStar's GridPak solar trailers. -Assembled and installed hydraulic outrigger systems -Worked with a team to fabricate prototype components

-Welding and Fabricating exhaust parts for small engine aircraft. -Test and certified by the FAA to the D17.1 stainless steel weld code. -Recorded completed weldments and material in the ERP software, Global Shop.

-Stainless steel welder and Omada press break operator.

-This is my first job in the metalworking field where I learned many necessary building blocks. This includes operating an overhead crane and a forklift.

This online degree has allowed me to work full time and learn in the evenings. The lessons about handling conflicts by considering others styles has helped guide my workday decisions. Lessons about vocation and a personal calling have help me find extra motivation in the workplace and at home. Most importantly, learning about team dynamics has helped me optimize daily workflow.

This program encompassed many different metalworking techniques including SMAW(stick), GMAW(mig), GTAW(tig), FCAW(flux-core), plasma cutting, press breaks and grinders. We attended in-person class 5 days a week working on various projects and materials.

-I spent 3 years taking classes such as Component Design, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Physics 3 (quantum), Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. -I learned many lessons about personal growth, building social networks, and being resilient in challenging times.
