I’ve been lucky enough to spend nearly 20 years working in games. Operating where creative ambition meets platform strategy, deal-making, and execution. I’ve sat on every side of the table: platform, publisher, studio, founder, meaning I understand how to turn opportunity into structured, scalable outcomes across the ecosystem. Having launched multi-platform AAA and Indie titles, managed external developer relationships from greenlight to live, negotiated major third-party platform partnerships, and built a developer-first publishing business from the ground up - My journey gives me a practical understanding of production pressure, publishing priorities, and platform expectations. And, most importantly, how to bridge them. At PlayStation, I lead strategic and commercial partnerships across EMEA. Sourcing opportunities, shaping deal structures, running financial evaluations, navigating governance, and closing agreements that strengthen the platform’s content portfolio. My work lives in the space between vision and viability: aligning studios, strategy, and commercial reality so partnerships work long after the contract is signed. At heart, I’m just someone who genuinely loves games. How they’re crafted, the technology, the innovation, the constantly evolving ways they reach players... but mostly the people behind them.
