Hosted, Wrote, and Produced USI's first student run interview show. Aimed to show the real faces of USI.

Seasonal work. Asked to manage 25 people from Lifeguards, to Swim Coaches, to Concession Stand Workers/Front Desk Clerks. Worked with 3rd Parties to keep business stocked and running. Also Lifeguarded, Coached for 3 years, taught swim lessons, and maintained proper certifications(First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard) for all 5 years.

In my final semester of College, I reported for the Student Run news program to diversify my digital portfolio, as well as hone my skills with video and audio editing. I wrote, shot, and edited one story a week to help out with the program Access USI.

Filmed, edited, interviewed athletic events at the University of Southern Indiana during my tenure as the Sports Director for Access USI. Wrote 3-6 stories per week for the show, and coordinated my two assistants/reporters.

Responsibilities included writing and following through with on schedules for 40 -60 unique associates on a daily basis. Counting and maintaining a cash drawer of $2000. Directly interacting with Members and vendors alike. Interviewing potential associates, evaluating and writing performance evaluations for my workers. Heavily Customer Service oriented. Also asked to work as a Salesperson at the Jewelry Department.

Running the top performing Bakery in the Region. Placing multiple orders a week to maintain in stock levels for products and packaging. In charge of hiring and firing/disciplinary actions when situations calls for it. Interacting with members on a daily basis, and acting as an intermediary for the store at company functions. Charged with planning and executing production plans to maximize sales and profit throughout the year.
