In three years as Senior Vice President and Head of Group Communications at Savvy Games Group - a $38 bn Saudi start-up (funded by the PIF) - we have achieved a great deal:  Set up Group Communications function from scratch;  In less than four years, positioned Savvy as a major player in the games and esports sector (now often mentioned in the same breath as Tencent);  Devised and implemented crisis protocols under the auspices of the Group Business Resilience Council, which has enabled Savvy to avoid, mitigate, or manage crises;  Created Savvy’s Reputation Committee – RepCo – which brings together Business Unit communications leads on a regular basis to ensure we are complementing, not competing, with one another’s work;  Delivered significant CEO profiling in tier one and sector media;  First PIF portfolio company to publish an Annual Report, now considered best practice by the shareholder;  Managed critical stakeholder engagement road trips for the Vice Chairman, CEO, and COO (North America, Europe, UK, Japan, South Korea, China);  In 2023, acted as the CEO’s Chief of Staff in addition to CCO role. In 2025 alone:  More than 40 interviews arranged, resulting in over 20 signature stories;  Over 360 items of coverage generated, of which 92 per cent were positive / neutral;  Savvy’s domestic reputation rated by 83 per cent of respondents as ‘excellent or good’;  Net favourability score of 69 per cent;  New website launched (savvygames.com);  New intranet launched;  All ‘stretch’ (i.e. 150 per cent) departmental KPIs met.
