As a contract product designer for the Cadensoft Technology team, I worked on building a mobile application for traveling nurses called Allegiant Clinician Connect, analyzed the UX to provide recommendations and later re-platform a mobile app for the labor union called SMART, as well as build and managed the 0-1 launch of an internal software platform for ElectRX, pharmaceutical benefits specialists. I played a large role in organizing and preparing the backlog development with engineers as well as approval and demonstrations with each client.

Working closely with Hot Pepper Studios, I designed the visual and functional direction of an educational web application for the REACH pathway team at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Throughout this process I designed hundreds of desktop and mobile responsive interactive illustrations and charts for children and their guardians as well as the holistic design system.

As the consulting creative director, I assisted in the UX and design development of their upcoming redesigned website. I also collaborated with their internal marketing and design team to develop several campaign concepts, formalize their internal brand guidelines, and designed and coordinated the development of their updated transactional emails in collaboration with their product team.

With a focus on accessibility, strategy and product development, we design websites, mobile and web apps, brand packages and illustrations. We work directly with clients, product managers and engineering teams to create beautiful products via prototyped designs, cohesive libraries, extensive backlogs of user stories and acceptance criteria, and review feature estimations with various teams to better align on product development goals. In partnership with those teams, we optionally participate in or lead sprint planning, quality assurance, bug resolution and demo roadmapping in preparation for client reviews and product launches. As an agency, we additionally offer to craft websites via no-code systems, like Webflow or Framer, to help clients maintain their websites without additional developer support. As the core visual designer at Dia&Co, I was in charge of guaranteeing brand consistency across platforms, keeping the branding up-to-date and rejuvenating the brand standards as needed. Main responsibilities included print collateral, event signage, event experience design, email design, social assets, gif creation, box experience design, landing page designs, marketing design strategy, subbrand and partnership design consistency, and overseeing design on direct mailers, print collateral and paid assets created by our freelance designer.

As the lead digital designer, I was responsible for designing print and digital media projects, illustrating graphics and animations for email content, developing brand standards with the creative director, creating graphics for social content, assisting in UX and visual design for the website and concept development for email marketing.

Working with the head Visual Design instructor to teach design skills through demos, research and homework assignments. I also hold workshop based office hours where I teach programs such as Illustrator, Sketch and InVision to students and assisting in their personal design progress.

As a frontlines associate, I am everything from classroom liaison to IT/AV technician. Our focus is on the students and doing our best to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for each individual. We are the leading resource and the first face you see as you enter GA.
