Nícholas Joazeiro

Hi! I’m Nicholas, a Business Administration graduate from Feevale University (2025) and an IT Technician from Instituto Ivoti (2020). In October 2025, I started my MBA in Industrial Process Management. Since the beginning, I’ve always been curious about technology and passionate about management, and that’s what shaped my path by combining both worlds. My professional journey started back in technical school, when I joined Integrum Inteligência Industrial. My first challenge was creating a project of video lessons about the company’s ERP. That was when I realized it was much more than software: I found a committed team, a strong purpose, and an environment where I could grow. Since then, I’ve been building my career within Integrum. Today I work mainly in administration, but I like to be involved in everything: sales, technology, management, strategy, and marketing. I’m always looking to do things differently, think of new solutions, and truly contribute to the projects I’m part of. To me, professional growth is much more about attitude than about ready-made formulas. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” (Colossians 3:23)
