Production of the Greater London Street Atlas.

Responsible for the cartographic production of sheet maps in Microstation; data being derived from satellite photography and photogrammetry.

Production of atlases, world maps and Yellow Pages maps in Microstation and Macromedia FreeHand, dealing directly with clients on requirement definition and design.

* Responsible for the establishment of quality assurance processes and strategies for a GIS plug-in vendor, promoting the “quality team” concept for all contributors to the software development lifecycle. * Worked closely with internal and external peers in order to implement new product lines, coordinating off-site beta testing with GIS professionals. * Created user guides for all products. * Trained end users onsite in North America.

* Responsible for the provision of cartographic data services for oil and gas companies through the mapping of geological exploration data. * Managed the cartographic production for a number of key exploration areas. * Provided on-site service desk management at British Gas.

Overall strategic and operational responsibility of Quality Assurance and Customer Services for Avenza's suite of desktop and mobile tools. This includes direction of software quality assurance, customer services, solution after-care, and training services. Acts as Product Manager for Avenza's desktop applications, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure market needs are front and foremost in product development. As part of the executive team, defines and monitors corporate and strategic goals for the company. Directly manages QA Specialists, QA Leads, and senior Customer Services representatives, so that they develop and maintain their skills to perform in their roles and to ensure the company's customers are successful using Avenza's products and services. Coordinates external contractors for website and technical writing needs.
