*Executive General Manager of Family Office Investment and Real Estate Portfolio. *Performed role of Executive GM/CFO for the Commercial/Retail and Multifamily Real Estate Portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet in addition to a full-time executive position and family office position within the larger holding company. *Supervised Leasing, Property Management, Accounting and Maintenance divisions while leading real estate portfolio actions on a day-to-day basis. *Led all acquisition and diligence efforts on acquired properties and on other potential transactions. *Responsible for the hiring and management of all internal and external financial analysts, brokers, leasing agents, property managers, accountants, auditors and administrators.
