Routing Rooms To Go service technicians, assisting with any customer or service related needs technicians may have from a remote location. Frequently assist customers with results from service visits, while assisting customers with prompt resolution to issues.

Provide efficient customer service on phone calls. Resolving customer issues in areas that include, but are not limited to: warranty claims, furniture deliveries, customer accounts, and other additional needs of the customer.

Provides support with any technical needs for all ministries in the church. Areas include, but are not limited to: cloud computing media, audio, visual, presentations, lighting, physical equipment, projects, along with any other needs of the Worship Arts Ministry.

Manage service operations of restaurant. Areas include, but are not limited to: business metrics, financials, inventory, purchase orders, budgeting, leading shifts, needs of crew, customer service, as well as making executive decisions to push business forward.

Manage kitchen operations, maintain sanitary standards, monitor kitchen inventory, place purchase orders, make sure all equipment is sanitary and functional, as well as leading kitchen to efficient, high standard performance to satisfy customers.

Provide excellent customer service while supporting a team environment and maintaining restaurant standards of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation at a high level to push performance forward.
